“We may be Saints, but we’re no angels...”
February. 2011. There was a change in the air that would forever alter the landscape of Albuquerque rock-n-roll. They came together like the gathering of tumbleweeds on a fence row in the wild winds of New Mexico, ready to bombard the world with a sonic assault of the senses never before witnessed by mere mortals. As hipsters and death metal ruled the scene, these four gentlemen came together to play pure, no-holds-barred rock-n-roll the way it was meant to be played-raw and uncooked.
Mike (lead guitar) hails from the gutters of NYC, while LD (bass) grew up on the mean streets of Detroit. Woody (drums) was found in a culvert near a pasture somewhere in the backwoods of Indiana, and Rocky (vocals) was born in Boston and raised in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado. Together they are the leanest, meanest, most foot-stomping, hip-shaking, window-rattling, and earth-quaking rock, funk, and blues machine on the planet. So lock your doors and hold on tight-here come the DUKE CITY SAINTS!
